Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nutrivim app or website. By accessing or using Nutrivim, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Nutrivim

Nutrivim is a digital wellness platform created by a certified orthomolecular therapist and gut specialist. The app provides tools for nutrition tracking, symptom mapping, personalised protocols and educational content.

2. Not medical advice

Nutrivim is a wellness tool and educational platform. The content, analyses and protocols provided through Nutrivim are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. Paid services

Nutrivim offers the following paid services:

• Nutrition Analysis: €150 per analysis. Includes a personalised review of your logged data and a written protocol by the therapist.
• Masterclass: €200 for 3 months of access to 10 expert chapters covering microbiome, gut health, energy, sleep, and more.

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Due to the personalised and digital nature of the services, we do not offer refunds once a nutrition analysis has been delivered or masterclass access has been granted. If you have concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Use Nutrivim only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share your account or access with others
• Not copy, distribute or reproduce any content without permission

6. Intellectual property

All content within the Nutrivim app and website, including text, images, course material and design, is the intellectual property of Nutrivim. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Nutrivim available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrivim is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
